From my kitchen in Olvera, a pueblo blanco nestled in the heart of Andalusia. Known for its olive oil and Iberico ham, you will find both used in my twist on a traditional Spanish tortilla. Enjoy!

Turkish Poached Eggs
This is, perhaps, my favourite spicy breakfast dish. It is a dish inspired by a Turkish ‘Çilbir’, spiced poached eggs on tangy dill & garlic yoghurt, spiced with paprika and cayenne pepper. Served with slices of toasted crusty bread.
